What We’re Looking For Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 2 applicants will be considered if committed to completing Level 3). Good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSE English and Maths or equivalent). Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding. Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain one). Excellent communication and organisational skills. A positive, professional attitude with flexibility and emotional resilience. Create engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Observe and record children’s progress using digital learning journals. Build positive relationships with parents and carers, encouraging involvement in their child’s learning journey. Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment at all times.
