An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Administrator to join our vibrant and inclusive team at Brixham College.
We are looking for a well-organised, efficient, and proactive individual to provide a high-quality administrative service, supporting the delivery of outstanding care and provision for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
This is a varied and rewarding position that requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, professional approach.
We’re seeking someone who:
* Has excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Possesses strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and outside agencies.
* Understands the emotional, developmental, and educational needs of children and young people.
* Demonstrates high standards, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Is confident with IT systems, particularly Microsoft 365.
* Holds GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
Experience in a school setting or knowledge of SEN processes would be an advantage, but not essential.
