Job Role: Bodyshop Manager Location: Poole (Dorset) Salary: (DOE) £50,000 - £80,000 OTE per annum Company EV Car Hours: 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday A great and rare opportunity has arisen. Our client is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join their modern ARC, based in Poole (Dorset). The ideal Bodyshop Manager will have experience in the vehicle repair industry with strong knowledge of technician repair disciplines and strong experience managing a team. You will be able to demonstrate a focus on productivity and ensure the well-being and management of the Bodyshop team. The position is a high-profile position within the business. The Bodyshop Manager plays a pivotal role ensuring the smooth running of the workshop whilst maintaining quality, customer service and speed of repairs. They will report to and work closely with the Group Production Manager.
