Responsibilities
* Leading, mentoring, and developing packing teams to deliver against key targets
* Driving operational performance across safety, quality, and productivity metrics
* Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency optimisation
* Ensuring On Time In Full delivery and adherence to strict quality standards
* Overseeing packing equipment performance, maintenance, and improvement
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a leadership role within Manufacturing or Production Operations
* Strong understanding of performance metrics such as OTIF, quality, and efficiency
* Experience implementing Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
* A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to drive accountability
* Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
* Commercial awareness and understanding of operational cost control
