We are seeking a dedicated HR professional, adept at providing excellent support within the human resources department of a well-known leisure, travel & tourism company based in Liverpool. This role will focus on candidate generation and other HR responsibilities. Client Details Our client is a large organisation within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector. Description Identifying and engaging with potential candidates. Providing support in the recruitment and selection process. Assisting with onboarding and induction processes. Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures. Supporting the HR team in employee relations matters. Managing HR records and reports. Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations. Participating in HR projects as required. Profile A successful HR Assistant should have: An academic background in Human Resources or a related field. Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations. Proficiency in using HR systems and databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
