Shifts can finish after 11pm, dependent on our film times. Due to these hours, candidates wishing to apply for this position must be over 18 to comply with the Working Time Regulations 1998.
Due to the nature of the industry, shift patterns may include evenings, weekends, and late nights.
As a Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring every customer has an excellent cinema experience.
2. Meeting, greeting, and providing a high standard of service in various offer areas.
3. Selling tickets, popcorn, and guiding customers to their seats.
4. Maintaining a safe, clean environment.
5. Handling cash and food (including stock replenishment).
6. Cleaning and heavy lifting.
7. Adhering to health and safety regulations.
8. Increasing sales and maintaining standards.
9. Following policies and procedures.
10. Interacting face-to-face with large groups of people.
