Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and progressing client claims and case files efficiently.
2. Conducting legal research and analysing documentary evidence.
3. Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
4. Supporting ongoing litigation matters and attending team meetings.
5. Providing high-quality administrative and case support.
6. Accurately recording time and maintaining case management systems.
7. Supporting wider business development activities when required.
Previous experience or knowledge within housing litigation or a similar area is essential for this role.
