Personal Assistant Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant Role:
•Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
•Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and correspondence.
•Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal Business owners.
•Assist in project management and coordination of special projects as directed (includes arranging and managing certain events).
•Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
•Support the Managing Director in preparing for meetings, including agenda creation and note-taking.
•Perform general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
•Exceptional organisation and time-management skills.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
•Ability to take shorthand would desirable but is not an essential requirement.
