Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to identify and assess processes suitable for automation using RPA and other technologies.
* Gather detailed requirements for automation projects, understand underlying business needs, and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
* Own the analysis and documentation of business processes ('As-Is' and 'To-Be'), identifying areas for improvement and optimisation through automation.
* Create and maintain essential RPA documentation, potentially including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and contributing to Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
* Support the product backlog grooming for automation initiatives, ensuring items are clearly defined, prioritised, and aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
* Work closely with RPA Developers and Software Engineers, participate actively in sprint planning sessions and daily stand-up meetings, provide ongoing clarification on requirements, and help resolve issues encountered during development.
* Play a key role in coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for developed automations, including defining test scenarios, supporting end-users, and validating outcomes against requirements.
* Actively participate in and support agile ceremonies such as sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demonstrations within the automation team.
* Serve as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and technical resources (including RPA developers) ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Qualifications
* Preferably educated to graduate level with a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
* Hands-on experience with RPA technologies and methodologies is essential; specific experience with Blue Prism is highly desirable
* Experience in the Property Industry would be desirable but is not essential.
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management practices
* Knowledge of agile planning tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
