Conduct detailed inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair requirements
Accurately estimate repair costs, timescales, and document repair methods as a Vehicle Damage Assessor
Liaise with insurers to obtain repair authorisations while managing costs effectively
Collaborate with technicians and engineers to ensure repair clarity and quality
Maintain high standards of quality assurance and customer service throughout the processRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator within a busy bodyshop environment
ATA or IMI accreditation is preferred but not essential
Familiarity with Audatex estimating software is highly desirable
Excellent technical knowledge with meticulous attention to detail
Full UK manual driving licence with minimal points
Ability to produce proof of Right to Work at interview (passport or birth certificate)
