Reporting into the Assistant General Managers and General Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations and help lead the team from the front. Key Responsibilities: Deliver consistent, high-quality service during shifts. Support and motivate the front of house team. Ensure guests feel welcome, valued, and well looked after. Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance. Manage stock levels and cash handling when on duty. Assist with functions, events, and peak trading times. Use systems such as Zonal, High Level, and Harri to manage operations effectively. Who We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role in a busy hospitality setting. Strong people skills – you lead by example and love working with a team. Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems. Passionate about great food, drinks, and customer service. Confident using tech – familiarity with Zonal, High Level, or Harri is a plus. Schedule: Full-time, permanent role. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
