Overview
We believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. From our Southampton Store Support office (SSO) we equip our stores, our people, and our whole business with everything it takes to help our millions of customers create a home they'll love. The job is to work with merchants to drive profitable growth on B&Q Marketplace, identifying and delivering sales opportunities at the right time and with the right tools at every stage on their growth journey on B&Q. Growth drivers include securing the best merchant assortment, improving content quality and reviews, increasing product visibility with promotions, and hitting retail media goals. You will cultivate long-term merchant relationships to accelerate engagement and investment, ultimately making B&Q their first-choice marketplace. In addition to account management responsibilities, you will support merchant growth projects. Once live, these tools are used by all account managers to enhance merchant performance.
