Medium/care homeSuppleo Healthcare are currently working with a local care provider and are currently looking for a care manager to help run a residential home whom offers support to dementia and eldercare
Are you a senior care assistant who has helped run a larger nursing home and are looking for your next step into leadership and management ? My client are looking for someone who can lead from the front guiding newly qualified care staff.
The role
Working Monday to Friday supernumary only you will however need to cover the floor as and when needed and step in for management from time to time. xsngvjr Care plan management and clinical auditing will be part of your role along side assessments and staff recruitment.
