Mechanical Design Manager – Building Services Croydon, Surrey | Office Based (5 days per week) Due to continued growth and recent project awards, a well-established building services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Design Manager to join its Mechanical Contracts team based in Croydon. This is a senior role suited to a Mechanical Design Manager who can take full ownership of mechanical design delivery while working closely with contract management, estimating, CAD/BIM and site teams. The Mechanical Design Manager will be responsible for managing the mechanical design process from initial client brief through to fully coordinated designs ready for construction. Projects range from £100k to £5m and cover a broad mix of commercial and specialist building services schemes across London and the Southeast. The Role As Mechanical Design Manager, you will lead the design of mechanical building services systems, ensuring solutions are compliant, buildable, and aligned with programme and commercial requirements.
