AfinancialservicesbusinessinHarrogateduetogrowthisrecruitingforanadministratortojointheiron-boardingteam.Youwillberesponsiblefortheon-boardingoftheirnewclients.Onceyouareupandrunningwiththeprocesses,youwillbeallocatedyourownnewadviserssoyouwouldbethemaincontactfortheiron-boardingandforyoutobeabletoseeeachprojectthroughfromstarttofinish.
Duties
Processingthenewclientspacks,whichincludesignedclientagreements,factfindsandLettersofAuthority.
Creatingthenewclientprofilesontheback-officesystem,includingthepolices.
Sendingoffthelettersofauthoritytotheplatforms/providersandchasingthesetoensuretheplansaretransferredtothenewagency
Updatingtheback-officesystemwiththeplaninformation
Ensuringallagreedon-goingfeesaresetupandpaid
Settinguptheplatform/provideragenciesforthenewadviser
Requirements
Youmusthaveexperienceofworking as an IFA Administrator
ITliterate
Excellentcommunicationskills
