ERP Implementation Project ManagerLocation : Biggleswade, SG18 8QBSalary : £40K - £45K per annum, FTEContract: 12 Months FTC, Part TimeHours : 25 - 30 hours per week, we are flexible about the days and hoursBenefits : Life Assurance at 3 Times Salary, 24 Days of Annual Leave, Employee Assistance Programme, Company Pension SchemeWe are Endoline Machinery Ltd, a UK based manufacturer of end of line packaging machinery including case erectors, loaders, sealers and conveyors.We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of high quality end of line packaging machinery.Endoline Automation have recently selected a new ERP system, Epicor Kinetic, to replace our current system, Visual.We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join us in house and lead the implementation and roll out of the new system in partnership with the Epicor Project Manager.This person will be instrumental in gathering business requirements, process mapping, managing the data migration and driving the day to day project deliverables.This is a part time opportunity for 25-30 hours per week and we're flexible about the days and hours that the successful applicant would work.As our ERP Implementation Project Manager you will be responsible for:Leading the ERP implementation project activities internally, from planning to go-live in partnership with the Epicor Project ManagerWorking with internal stakeholders to define and validate the processes that will be used with the new systemData migration: Identifying, cleansing and validating the data which we will need to extract from our legacy system for migration into the new system and ensuring the data is extracted and manipulated into the new formatProactively identifying and managing project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operationsTracking project milestones, providing regular status updatesOrganizing and documenting project meetingsIdentifying user training needs and carrying out trainingIn order to be successful in this role you must have / be:Proven track record of successful ERP implementation, preferably within manufacturing SMEsStrong knowledge of manufacturing business processes, including MRP, inventory control, production scheduling, and supply chainWorking knowledge of Epicor would be advantageousProficiency in project management tools and methodologies, recognised project management certification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or APM) idealExperience of working with MS ProjectStrong stakeholder management capabilities - able to build trust and confidence in the teamCollaborative and approachable styleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-orientated mindsetAdaptability to changing project requirementsThis role is based on-site at our factory in Biggleswade.If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role click on APPLY today!No agencies please.TPBN1_UKTJ
