Mon 09:00–21:00, Tue 09:00–21:00, Wed 09:00–16:00, Thu 09:00–21:00, Sat 10:00–20:00.
Pay & Hours
Pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25. Minimum of 16 hours per week, roles from 12 hours available. Estimated weekly hours will be scheduled within the availability windows with at least 3 weeks' notice.
Responsibilities
* Support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
* Accurately dispense prescription medicines with a strong attention to detail and customer care.
* Provide friendly, confident advice to customers on medicines, common ailments, and available pharmacy services.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products responsibly.
* Handle queries within competence and escalates when needed.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
* Ensure all prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.
* Support promotional activities and company initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
* A desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.
* A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and helping them find the right products and solutions.
* The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and reassured.
* The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether supporting them with over-the-counter product guidance, handling prescription queries, or knowing when to refer them to the pharmacist.
* A positive, team-focused approach, communicating openly and collaborating with colleagues across the store.
