* Location – Bournemouth/Poole, Dorset
* Position – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
* Hours – (Term Time only) Monday – Friday
* Start Date – ASAP
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging lessons.
* Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students who need extra help.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
* Gain valuable insight into school operations and classroom management.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for individuals who:
* Are passionate about education and working with young people.
* Hold a degree in any subject (or are on track to graduate).
* Are considering pursuing a PGCE, teacher training, or a related educational qualification.
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Are proactive, patient, and adaptable.
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
