Role & Responsibilities Manufacture high-quality cabinetry and bespoke joinery to full construction drawings (2D/3D CAD). Operate both power and hand tools, as well as workshop machinery. Work with various materials: solid hardwood, sheet materials, veneers. Apply specialist finishes including polyester lacquers, water-based lacquers, textured liquid metals, liming, French polishing, waxing, gilding and more Ensure first-time-fit installations, collaborating with design and installation teams. About You Time-served Cabinet Maker or Bench Joiner with strong hand-tool skills. Solid experience interpreting and working from CAD/technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Good numeracy, organisational and communication skills. A full UK driving licence and hand tool kit are essential. Team player with initiative but able to work independently when required.
