Role Overview:
We are currently looking for a skilledMechanical Technicianto join ourmechanical remanufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience with mechanical assembly, repair, and testing, and will be comfortable working in ahigh-volume, production-focused environment, delivering toBSI quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Remanufacture and refurbish heating system mechanical components, including:
* Boiler fans
* Diverter valves
* Heat exchangers
* Expansion vessels
* Strip, clean, rebuild, and test components to definedBSI-aligned quality standards.
* Follow detailed work instructions, jigs, and testing procedures.
* Work efficiently and accurately within a mass production environment.
* Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and safety at all times.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience in mechanical repair, assembly, or remanufacturing.
* Practical skills in working with mechanical parts, tools, and test equipment.
* Ability to read and follow work instructions and process documentation.
* Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
* Background in remanufacturing, refurbishment, or similar production environments.
* Familiarity withBSI quality standardsand quality control processes in manufacturing.
* Understanding of sustainable, environmentally-focused production practices.
