๐ง What You'll Be Driving
๐ Optimise & Enhance: Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, and ORC
๐ ๏ธ Build Smart Solutions: Develop integrations, HCM Extracts, and fast formulas to streamline global HR operations
๐ Deliver Insight: Create powerful reports using OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics
๐ Lead Innovation: Use AI tools to automate and elevate HR processes

Own Quality: Lead testing for quarterly releases and ensure seamless adoption across the business
๐ง What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience with Oracle HR Systems - Oracle HR, Oracle HCM, or Oracle Fusion
A strong understanding of HRIS architecture, data structures, and business processes
A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex problems
Bonus: Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, or Recruiting
Willingness to grow into Oracle HCM Development if not already there

Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
A solid track record in HRIS or HR application development
