🔧 What You'll Be Driving
🔍 Optimise & Enhance: Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, and ORC
🛠️ Build Smart Solutions: Develop integrations, HCM Extracts, and fast formulas to streamline global HR operations
📊 Deliver Insight: Create powerful reports using OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics
🚀 Lead Innovation: Use AI tools to automate and elevate HR processes
✅ Own Quality: Lead testing for quarterly releases and ensure seamless adoption across the business
🧠 What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience with Oracle HR Systems - Oracle HR, Oracle HCM, or Oracle Fusion
A strong understanding of HRIS architecture, data structures, and business processes
A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex problems
Bonus: Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, or Recruiting
Willingness to grow into Oracle HCM Development if not already there
🎓 Your Background
Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
A solid track record in HRIS or HR application development
