Location: REMOTE predominantly, occasional travel to Lancashire office may be required every few weeks.

Essential Experience:
* Direct experience (or via consulting partners) with Local Governments
* Streamlining Revenue & Benefits processes (highly desirable)

Key Responsibilities:
* Specify, model, and document business requirements, ensuring completeness and clarity, aligned with statutory, regulatory, and quality standards.
* Use modelling, requirements gathering, and process mapping techniques to support business change and initiatives.
* Analyze processes to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities, presenting proposals to technical and managerial stakeholders.
* Maintain documentation such as process maps and specifications to support change programs.
* Communicate effectively to understand business needs and priorities.
* Assess risks and opportunities associated with recommendations, suggesting mitigation strategies.
* Identify processes and IT solutions needed for implementation.
