Key Responsibilities Your main responsibility will be working outdoors in all weather conditions to control pedestrian and vehicular access and maintain the security of the College site. Act as a calm, approachable point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. Regularly patrol the campus, not just to monitor surveillance, but to build positive rapport with the student body. Use professional communication and de-escalation techniques to handle incidents involving young adults in accordance with College processes. Uphold the highest standards of student welfare, ensuring our safeguarding culture is maintained at all times. Work closely with the estates/facilities team to manage car parks and contractors accessing the site.
