About the Role
Carrying out the recruitment-selection process (especially for machine operator or other technical position) in accordance with applicable provisions and policies in order to obtain employees with the right skills, abilities and competencies according to user needs, so that the company's business processes can run optimally to support the achievement of company targets. And carrying out General Affairs operational activities so that they are well managed, neat and orderly in order to meet the needs of office equipment/facilities.
Responsibilities
* Organize and carry out operational recruitment processes in accordance with established systems and policies, starting from initial selection (administration and candidate profile), psychological tests, initial interviews, coordination with users for interviews, salary negotiation processes in accordance with the authority given.
* Create work agreements for new employees at certain levels that are their responsibility in accordance with Company regulations.
* Manage the placement process for new employees (including the provision of basic equipment needs) to ensure the smooth running of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
* Submitting purchases of routine GA department necessities and asset item requests so that employee and factory needs can be met.
* Managing GA assets from recording to submitting asset disposal to ensure that each GA stock remains accurate.
* Conducting follow-ups to suppliers, or other external parties related to work in the GA department to support the smooth operation of the company.
* Conducting data collection, preparing, and reporting on the use of employee mess so that it can be managed properly.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree, all major.
* Minimum 2 years experience as HR generalist in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
* Skill & Knowledge : Recruitment & Selection, Database Management & Administration, Mandarin & English (Verbal)
* Placement : Kendal, Central Java
