Pertemps are currently recruiting forexperienced Machine Operatorsto join a leading manufacturing company based inWitton, Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals with a background inengineering or machiningto securelong-term, ongoing workwithin a well-established and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate machinery in line with production specifications
* Monitor machines during operation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Carry out quality checks to maintain high manufacturing standards
* Perform basic maintenance and adjustments as required
* Adhere to all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a machinist or within an engineering/manufacturing environment
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Reliable, team-focused, and flexible approach
Details:
1. 4 on / 4 off shift pattern- rotating days and nights (12-hour shifts)
2. £12.50 per hour to startTraining Rate
3. Parity pay after 12 weeks, with rates increasing to
