Overview
A market-leading organisation based in Guildford is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join the team on an initial 3-month contractual basis. This will be an office-based role so you will be on-site 4-5 days per week. Please note, this contract is Inside IR35.
Responsibilities
* Manage both weekly and monthly payroll for circa 200 staff.
* Demonstrate expertise in the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, including the calculation of earnings, deductions, sick pay and taxes.
* Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
* Carry out P11D administration.
* Complete payroll year-end rollover and complete national statistics reports monthly.
* Coordinate pension schemes and stay up to date with pensions regulations, changes and practices.
Qualifications
* Proven Payroll Manager with excellent communication skills and experience in successfully managing a payroll function.
* Prior experience with COINS ERP software is preferred but not essential.
