Were looking for a talented Paid Search Manager to join our Digital Marketing team at Nisbets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for performance marketing and a strong track record in managing ad accounts (Google/Bing) to make a real impact across our international markets.
Key Accountabilities
* Managing and optimising paid search campaigns across multiple geographies, with a focus on ROAS, CAC and CLTV.
* Monitoring and reporting on KPIs across markets daily, weekly and monthly providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Define the strategy for your accounts, using your experience to inform future changes in-line with the markets performance.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance landing pages, test creative and improve ad copy.
* Leading on data analysis to inform audience targeting, attribution modelling and performance optimisation.
* Creating and maintaining a paid search roadmap aligned to departmental budgets and business objectives.
* Supporting the development of a Paid Search Executive, ensuring performance and growth.
* Running A/B tests to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required
* Minimum 3 years experience managing Google Ads accounts, either in-house or agency side.
* Experience working within ecommerce (D2C or B2B) and managing large budgets
* An exposure to CAC/CLTV/MER to take a more holistic mindset away from pure spend/revenue/roas.
* Proven commercial mindset with a strong acquisition focus and understanding of brand and customer.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing direct reports
* Exposure to paid social platforms is a bonus.
