About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and senior leaders to deliver proactive, professional HR support across a wide range of people matters. You will provide strategic input while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. You will also play a key role in driving culture change, supporting organisational development, and helping to shape the future of the organisation.
Key responsibilities
* Partnering with leaders to develop and deliver workforce plans
* Leading on organisational design and change management initiatives
* Providing expert advice on employment law, employee relations, and casework management
* Supporting talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
* Championing diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement
* Contributing to the development of HR policies and best practice
* Managing a small team of Senior HR and HR Advisors
About you
* Thrive on driving change in culture and behaviour
* Has strong HR generalist experience and a proven track record in business partnering
* Brings excellent knowledge of employment law and casework management
* Has experience of leading organisational change and cultural transformation
* Demonstrates strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
* Is committed to diversity and inclusion
* Has the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and shape how we do things in the future
