Key Responsibilities
* Manage the in‑house Clinical Team at Bestwood Village School.
* Collaborate with the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead.
* Clinically lead the team and administer a therapy caseload.
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex neurodivergent and developmental trauma profiles.
* Ensure compliance with EHCP plans through target‑led, OFG‑supported service delivery.
* Line‑manage team members and lead on service development of the school‑based clinical service.
* Maintain a person‑centred, empowering approach and uphold a strong safeguarding culture.
Essential Criteria
* Degree qualification in a relevant discipline with additional experience in leadership and management.
* Valid and up‑to‑date professional registration & membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., BPS).
* Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
* Clear and concise report writing related to clinical and research activities.
* Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
* Ability to work independently and within a developing clinical service.
* Experience of multi‑professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred.
* Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
