The Opportunity In this role, you’ll join our Quality team at Hinkley Point C, helping to bring to life one of Europe’s largest and most complex infrastructure programmes. You’ll gently guide and empower a team of Quality Management Leads, working in partnership with delivery teams, suppliers, and valued stakeholders to help everyone meet shared quality expectations that support safe, smooth, right‑first‑time progress. Your contribution will support our collective journey towards An Electric Britain. You’ll join us on a salary from £85,000, with the potential for an annual bonus. This is an on-site role, based at Hinkley Point C HPC, where you’ll build trusted relationships with Programme Directors, MEH Alliance partners, engineers, and suppliers, engaging closely across all stages of project delivery. Who You Are We’re looking for a Quality Delivery Manager who brings a warm, inclusive, and steady approach to project leadership — someone who values teamwork, communication, and gentle influence.
