Overview
Were looking for a Customer Services Associate to join the team on a fixed:term basis. Youll be the first point of contact for handling queries, supporting system administration, and ensuring a high standard of service in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming queries via phone and email Take ownership of queries through to resolution within agreed service levels Carry out system administration and maintain accurate records Support joining, moving and leaving processes Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards Investigate issues and maintain data accuracy Contribute to service improvements and team performance targets

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Confident handling customer queries High attention to detail and organisation Ability to prioritise and work in a fast:paced environment Team player with a proactive approach

This is an office based role, 35 hours per week for a 12 months fixed term contract ideally starting ASAP.
