About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Fulfilment Associate to join our team at Eskmills, Musselburgh. This is a full‑time, permanent role and a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company making a real impact on children’s literacy.
Your Responsibilities
* Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch both D2C and B2B orders daily using our fulfilment software.
* Maintain an organised warehouse and track inventory as required.
* Help with incoming stock deliveries.
* Assist in the finishing process by adding audio to book blocks (training will be provided).
* Work closely with the Customer Service and Publishing Associate to manage replacement orders, returns and new product launches.
* As part of a startup, flexibility is key – you may be asked to support the wider team with additional tasks where needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Basic but confident IT skills.
* Ability to lift and move heavy or bulky items.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure orders are packed and labelled accurately.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage high order volumes and tight deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
Desirable
* Experience using fulfilment or inventory management software (Zoho Inventory a plus).
* Experience with Shopify, Sendcloud, or similar platforms.
* Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment.
* A genuine interest in books, reading, or children's literacy; we care about what we make and we like working with people who do too.
