We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join their friendly and professional office. This is a key front-of-house role that requires someone confident, organised, and with a warm and professional manner.
Receptionist / Administrator Role:
As a Receptionist / Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and efficient service. You will also support day-to-day administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth running of the office.
* Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
* Welcoming visitors and handling meeting room bookings
* Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Maintaining reception and communal areas
* Supporting general admin duties including data entry, filing, and email correspondence
* Assisting with diary management and internal communications
* Ordering stationery and supplies
What They Are Looking For:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or office administration role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional tele manner and appearance
* Experience working in a busy office environment
* Familiarity with diary management and booking systems
* Reliable and punctual
* Friendly and approachable
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
