About the role
To provide a high-quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and standards set by the Regulatory Body. To work with the Head Teacher, leadership team, and other stakeholders to secure high standards throughout the school.
Key Task Areas and Responsibilities
* To comply with safeguarding procedures as detailed by the local safeguarding board
* To participate in assessment of referrals
* To act as curriculum coordinator and manager across the school
* To lead positive behaviour support for challenging behaviours
* To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including education, residential care, and clinical staff
* To monitor progress and targets to ensure positive outcomes for students
* Experience teaching pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and/or challenging behaviours
* Experience teaching pupils with complex needs
* Experience managing staff
* Ability to manage budgets effectively
* Degree and QTS
