This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Intermediate Care Physiotherapist to join a dynamic service in Walsall. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality physiotherapy interventions that support recovery, rehabilitation, and independence within community settings.
What you will do
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to manage a varied and complex caseload.
* Deliver physiotherapy interventions across all intermediate care pathways, including reablement, rapid response, and rehabilitation beds.
* Support complex clinical decision‑making and rehabilitation planning.
* Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care within community environments.
* Travel across community settings to deliver timely and effective physiotherapy services.
Requirements
* Registered Physiotherapist with the HCPC.
* Experience working within multidisciplinary and rehabilitation settings.
* Community experience is highly advantageous.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
