Liverpool John Moores University is looking to recruit a Training Coordinator to support its Natural Capital Hub. The role will support the Hub’s contribution to the Liverpool City Region’s Nature Towns and City Project – Bigger Better, More Joined Up, Our Nature, Our LCR – a National Lottery Heritage Fund funded project led by the LCR Combined Authority.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate training activities for the Natural Capital Hub.
* Design, develop and deliver training and learning activities that enhance understanding and application of natural capital, integrated nature recovery and nature engagement.
* Organise workshops, events and facilitate the effective transfer of knowledge across the region.
* Support the identification of accreditation and resource opportunities and the development of sustainable training models.
* Work closely with partners and stakeholder groups, including government departments, local authorities, landowners and conservation organisations.
Qualifications
* Experience in coordinating training activities and working with multiple cross‑sector stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Enthusiasm for skills development and promotion of environmental resilience.
