Care Assistant Benvie
We are seeking talented and caring individuals to join our team in Benvie. 44 hours per week. Our Care Assistants are at the forefront of resident engagement, supporting and encouraging meaningful interactions to ensure residents live with purpose and connection. They participate in person‑centred activities, outings and events, and promote lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents.
The Care Assistant role is to ensure the highest quality, person‑centred care for all residents – supporting the delivery of each individual care plan. The role promotes the independence and choice of residents, ensuring their voice is heard through all elements of care and support. The role offers variety and versatility as no two days are the same. Key elements of care include assisting with personal care, promoting a positive mealtime experience to enhance nutrition and hydration, supporting meaningful activities and creating 1:1 meaningful moments.
Requirements
An essential aspect of the role is upholding the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion. Candidates should be effective communicators and work well as part of a multi‑disciplinary team. Having your SVQ2 and previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
