Deputy Manager Our new and Exciting Vacancy: Deputy Manager: Are you currently a Deputy Manager or Senior Support Worker looking for a New Challenge or Direction? If so, This Role as a Deputy Manager within our Birkenhead Service may be for you! What you’ll be doing: Assist in the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance and knowledge with all regulatory requirements Support the staff team to maintain a high level of care that is required for the needs of the People We Support and for the service. Liaise with external agencies, families, and other MDT to ensure cohesive care planning and delivery. Support the Registered Manager with the rota system, incorporating 1-2-1 hours for the People We Support Have good knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance and CQC Framework. Strong ability to use own initiative Who you are: Must have a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role within health and social care Have a minimum of NVQ level 3 and be willing to work towards NVQ Level 5 in Leadership. You will be trustworthy, reliable and can communicate effectively. You will have a positive outlook, recognising and respecting differences and encouraging growth. You will embrace continuous improvement, sharing best practices with an open mind to learning. You will treat people equally, remove barriers, and empower the People We Support to have their best lives. You are a professional with the ability to motivate others.
