What You’ll Be Doing
* Own client onboarding and system configuration, translating real-world rules into platform setups
* Deliver consultative, high-empathy support via phone and email
* Manage data accuracy and technical setup with precision
* Build strong relationships with HR and Facilities teams to maximise platform value
What You’ll Need to Bring
* Experience in HR, payroll, or facilities administration
* Understanding of rotas, shifts, or staff records in a business setting
* Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts
* Tech confidence with HRIS & CRM's
