Due to Expansion our client is seeking an assistant manager for their store in Manchester.

Salary on offer is up to £32,000 plus a monthly bonus based on store sales target
To be considered for the role its essential that you have supervisory / team leadership or assistant management experience within retail.
You will be responsible for:
People Leadership - including rota planning, staff performance management, motivation, leadership and inspiration. Setting goals and organizing the day to day priorities of your team.
Customer service Management - upholding the brand standards, ensuring brand standards are met across all customer engagement points.
Sales focus - Keeping the commercial focus of the business on target, working with the store manager and the team to reach financial performance indicators.
