Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Rotherham (S65, S66) from January 2026.
As an MFL Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in a modern foreign language. This role offers flexible day-to-day and long-term opportunities, suitable for teachers looking to make a meaningful impact.
Main Responsibilities of a Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher:
* Plan and deliver high-quality MFL lessons in line with the curriculum.
* Teach one or more modern foreign languages across key stages 3, 4 and 5.
* Develop students’ communication skills and cultural awareness.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support departmental goals.
* Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Encourage participation and confidence in language learning.
Skills & Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge in one or more modern foreign languages (Spanish, German, French etc.).
* Experience teaching MFL in UK schools is desirable.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities.
* A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL.
