Hotel Receptionist - Kettner's, Central London role at Soho House & Co
Responsibilities
* Be the face of the hotel, going above and beyond to deliver a memorable guest experience
* Work closely with all departments to ensure a smooth daily operation
* Be knowledgeable on all aspects of the property and neighbourhood, fostering the ‘home away from home’ feeling when members enter the building
What We Are Looking For
* 1-2 years’ experience in a busy commercial reception desk
* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
* Sense of urgency
* Yes, yes, yes mentality
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Have a genuine passion for food and beverage

* Hours: Mon – Wed 7:30am – 12am; Thurs - Sat 7:30am – 1am; Sunday 8am – 11pm
