Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
* Assist with the preparation of bills of quantities and cost plans
* Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal project teams
* Support commercial management throughout project lifecycle
* Assist in value engineering and cost control exercises
Requirements
* Experience in estimating or quantity surveying
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimating software
* Degree/HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (desirable but not essential for assistant level)
