An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team in Sheffield. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their conveyancing experience within a supportive and reputable law firm environment.
The Role
You will assist fee earners on a varied caseload of residential property transactions, supporting matters from instruction through to completion. Responsibilities will include:
* Preparing correspondence, legal documents and forms
* Managing and progressing transactions under supervision
* Dealing with client enquiries and providing regular updates
* Liaising with estate agents, lenders, financial advisers and third parties
* Assisting with exchange of contracts and completions
* Preparing financial statements, SDLT submissions and certificates of title
* Maintaining accurate records and case management systems
* Supporting the wider team with general conveyancing administration
About You
* A minimum of 1 year’s experience within a residential conveyancing role
* Good understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and transactions
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Proactive, professional and detail-oriented approach
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
