Here at GXO we are looking for a Stock & Systems Team Leader to join our site in Wellingborough. You will oversee inventory accuracy, system integrity, and team performance to ensure reliable stock for retail and e‑commerce operations.
This is a full‑time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week on any '5 out of 7' days, predominantly Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required, as this is logistics after all

What you'll do on a typical day:
Lead and support the Stock and PI teams, ensuring objectives are met, communication flows well, and stock-related issues are resolved
Oversee stock operations, maintaining stock integrity, managing discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement
Plan and support all stock counts, audits, and system testing to maintain accuracy and operational integrity
Manage people processes, including performance, absence, coaching, mentoring, and delegation of tasks to team leads
Coordinate daily activities with the Stock Manager and customer to prioritise workload and ensure service levels are achieved
Maintain up‑to‑date SOPs, ensure high housekeeping standards, and complete any additional duties required by the business
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Extensive experience with JDA & CSNX systems
Strong background in a warehouse environment
Solid PC skills, including proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
Excellent communication skills
Proven team management experience
2–3 years of operational experience is desirable but not necessary
