Exciting Career Opportunity – Operations Manager (Omagh, Co. Tyrone)
We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. Based at our main office just outside Omagh, Co. Tyrone, this is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our business operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing daily health & safety protocols and workplace housekeeping
* Overseeing staff performance and morale
* Controlling stock rotation and inventory
* Managing company fleet – lorries, forklifts, and cars
* Coordinating drivers and logistics
* Ensuring compliance with H&S and Drivers Hours Regulations
* Leading a team of drivers, yard operatives, mechanics, and admin staff
* Improving operational efficiency and reducing overheads
What We’re Looking For:
* 2–3 years of proven managerial experience
* NEBOSH Certificate – National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
* UK Driving Licence
* Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
