Role Summary
The Store Manager will lead and inspire by adopting a forward-thinking and omnichannel approach to the retail experience. The goal is to deliver a unique and entrepreneurial store environment by focusing on creative merchandising, customer experience, and leadership to drive sales and engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
Leadership and Team Management

* Enhance the brick-and-mortar experience as the brand expands omnichannel capabilities; translate ideas into actionable concepts.
* Leverage localized digital marketing efforts, such as social media, in-store pickup, and digital merchandising, to increase brand awareness.
* Connect with the local community via in-store events to boost brand presence and customer engagement.
Visual and Business Operations
* Analyze sales and product data to identify business opportunities.
* Delegate effectively, encouraging team creativity and strategic decision-making.
* Implement innovative marketing, merchandising, and customer experience strategies to drive sales.
* Oversee store operations and visual presentation, ensuring performance and profitability.
Communication and Relationships
* Foster strong communication and teamwork for operational and visual priorities.
* Inspire independence and ownership, using KPIs to guide decision-making.
* Disseminate knowledge and promote a culture of peer learning and innovation.
