Assistant Brand Manager at IQVIA
Type: Full-time, 1-2 days office days per week (must be flexible)

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Brand Managers on various campaigns, product launches, and digital tactics. Your responsibilities will include managing brand initiatives in line with our brand strategies, supporting to achieve brand volumes, market share, and profit objectives, and collaborating closely with our Digital team to create compelling content for digital and omnichannel campaigns.
Key Outputs:
1. Management of the monthly brand report, providing executive summaries for each brand manager to monitor trends, red flags, and new entrants.
2. PFME management of enteral budgets.
3. Management of brand tactics such as Compendium, website newsletters, App content, and brand e-shots.
4. Support for brand and digital teams with Omnichannel content development, Podcasts, and Webinars.
5. Monitoring market movements, trends, and opportunities to feed directly into long-term planning, and proactively sharing insights with the marketing team.
6. Assistance in creating and delivering the digital strategy, taking responsibility for marketing assets, promotional campaigns, and social media strategy.
7. Support for Integrated commercial planning and delivery.
8. Assisting the Senior Brand Manager and Head of Marketing with preparing for quarterly business reviews.
9. Assisting Brand Managers with supporting and directing the sales force team.
We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:
10. Minimum 2 years of experience with a track record of delivering on KPIs in previous positions.
11. Degree level education or equivalent (science degree helpful).
12. Proven marketing experience, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
13. Demonstrated entrepreneurial flair in relation to marketing.
14. Financial acumen.
15. Comfortable supporting Brand Managers in developing sound brand development plans for established brands.
16. Possesses a broad business perspective and understanding of various business levers.
17. Experience in project management.
18. Autonomous with good influencing and persuasion skills.
19. A team player.
