What You’ll Be Doing
* Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
* Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
* Build your own business – cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Negotiate offers – make placements
* Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
