Pipefitter Required – Commercial New Build Project
We are currently seeking experienced Pipefitters for a large-scale commercial new build project.

Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £25.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate / [Insert Date]
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Pipefitter on commercial construction projects
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications
* Installation of carbon steel, copper, and press-fit pipework systems
* Strong understanding of health and safety procedures on site
* Own tools and PPE
Essential Qualifications & Cards
* Valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card (Pipefitter)
* Relevant NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Pipefitting/Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
* IPAF, PASMA, or additional site certifications advantageous but not essential
Duties
* Installation of commercial heating and chilled water pipework
* Working from drawings and site plans
* Testing and commissioning support
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
